Requirements/Additional Charges
REQUREMENTS/ADDITIONAL CHARGES: EFFECTIVE 12/07/12
- Must stay at least 30 nights for a monthly rate. Monthly Rate Agreement form required. Please download and complete form here.
- Must leave for 7 nights after 180 nights (6 months)
- Current RV DMV registration and signed contract is required upon arrival
- Copy of RV liability insurance is required upon arrival
- The daily rate will be charged if all paperwork is not done by arrival date
- Payments are made no later than the 4th of each month. Late payment fee is $15 per night
- First 30 nights are charged 12% city tax
- Electricity is metered at $0.18 per kW
- An extra vehicle is $90 per month. Guest car pass price is posted at gate
- Express car pass required for all monthly guests with refundable $40 deposit
- RV / Trailer must be well maintained and have no rust
- School bus or transit bus conversions are not permitted in the park
- Dropping camper shells are prohibited
- Pet fee: $10 per month (per pet)
- Site Guarantee $100 (non-refundable). Each 168 day reservation.Without the site guarantee charge we can move the site as needed
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- $250 deposit — All future reservations are the responsibility of the guest (Save copies).
- A future reservation will not be made without a deposit.
- Guests staying 30 nights or more must notify us of cancellation 30 days prior to arrival.
- Fifty percent of the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation notice is less than 30 days before arrival. A processing fee of $25 is charged on all cancellations, changes (each one) and refunds for all monthly reservations
- No refunds for changes or early departures. This includes cottages. No exceptions
