Newport Dunes Marina is located at 101 N. Bayside Drive, Newport Beach, California 92660. Turn right off Jamboree on Pacific Coast Highway, and turn right on Bayside Dr., or turn left off Dover on Pacific Coast Highway, and left on Bayside Drive.

Newport Dunes Marina tenants and guests can take advantage of many activities and amenities at our 110-acre resort. Below are just a few activities and services.

Newport Dunes Marina tenants have access to the Newport Dunes Fitness Center, located Next to the Market Place in the Market Square.
Movies on the Beach is a popular family event that starts Memorial Day week-end and runs through the end of September. Parking fee applies. Movie admission is free. See the movie schedule here.

At Newport Dunes Marina, boaters have access to a variety of activities in this, the largest non-commercial harbor in Southern California. The marina is situated between the Back Bay nature preserve and Newport Harbor. Tenants can enjoy bicycling in the back bay, kayaking, fishing and cruising the channels of the harbor. Several area restaurants with private docks are accessible by boat, or families enjoy the Fun Zone boardwalk on Balboa Island, with a ferris wheel and carousel. Boaters enjoy fishing in the channels, or in the open ocean with convenient access. And of course, you are only 27 miles from world famous tourist destination Catalina Island.
