Guest amenities include: pools and hot tubs, poolside cabanas, planned activities, golf cart and fire pit rentals, laundromat, restrooms with showers, guest slips for boats, horseshoes, beach volleyball, and small dog run.

Public amenities include: public beach, Pirates playground, Marketplace, water sports rentals, inflatable water park during the summer season, beach cabanas, bike and hiking trails, and 4-lane boat launch.

Relax Poolside

Renovated and expanded, the resort pool complex features four distinct pools, including a large u-shaped hot tub, and a shallow wading pool. Reserve one of our spacious poolside cabanas with plush furnishings. (For resort guests only.)

Pirates Playground

Young children love playing on the pirate playground, ringing the bell and climbing all around. There is endless fun to be had on the pirate playground! We also have swings and Moe B, the whale, to climb on.

Market Place

Our resort is proud to offer a mini-market filled with food, beverages, groceries, RV supplies, souvenirs and much more. Rent beach cruisers and golf carts here. Open Sun - Thur 8 am to 7 pm and 8 am to 8 pm Fri + Sat.

Water Sports

From kayaks and SUP's to electric Duffy boats, we offer a wide variety of water sport rentals to explore the breathtaking Back Bay and harbor. Open Thursday through Sunday 10 am to 5 pm.

Summer Water Park

Open from Memorial Weekend through summer, kids love playing on our inflatable water park. Swimming, jumping, climbing, and diving, they will certainly get a workout. CLOSED FOR SEASON.

Laundromat

Wash and dry your clothes and towels at our self-service laundry facility located adjacent to the Resort Pool Complex. Download the Wash-Connect app or buy a Connect card from the kiosk for use.

Golf Carts

Get around the resort swiftly and in style with our golf cart rentals. Or get exercise with our pedal cart rentals. Feel the bay breeze while you head from your campsite to other amenities! Available for resort guests only at the Marketplace.

Fire Pits

Cozy up and roast s'mores waterfront with the beach fire pits on a first-come first-served basis. Or have a portable fire pit delivered to your campsite - rent from the Marketplace. Get firewood and supplies for s-mores too!

Beach Cabanas

Relax along the beach in one of our five beach cabanas. These are available for rent from mid-February through October.

Poolside Cabanas

Our cabanas feature a back patio with lux seating, drapes for privacy, and a front area with plush lounge chairs. Enjoy the privacy and laid-back luxury comfort of a poolside cabana. Call (949) 729 - 3863 to reserve!

Moe B's Munchies

Our beachfront bar and grill offers a range of delicious food offerings and drinks including cocktails and mocktails. Get your food to go or dine at our outdoor patio. Hours vary by season.

Bike & Hike Trails

The Bay Loop Trail 10.5-mile loop offers bikers scenic views of the sparkling Newport Bay. The path is relatively flat and features several fun and educational stops along the way including, the Back Bay Science Center and the Peter and Mary Muth Interpretive Center.

Public Boat Ramp

We offer a 4-lane boat ramp right on property. Bring your boat and enjoy cruising Newport Harbor or the exploring the Pacific ocean. We offer boat trailer storage on site as well which can be arranged through our marina.

Horseshoes & Beach Volleyball

Catch a game of volleyball or horseshoes right on the sand. Both are located near the Watersports office.
