Or unwind in one of our 27 charming cottages, perfect for couples or small families who want to experience Newport Dunes but don’t own an RV.
No matter where you stay within the resort, you’ll be able to enjoy the beach and scenic surroundings.
Quaint Cottages
Stay in style with our most popular waterfront accommodations, our Beachfront Cottages are complete with a queen-sized bed and a yard. On a perfect day, you can even see the breathtaking skyline of Fashion Island or the beautiful snow-capped mountains of Big Bear. Newport Dunes offers 21 Large Cottages and 6 Studio Cottages.
RV Sites
Pull up your RV where the soft sand is right at your doorstep. Our 1250 sq. ft. Beachfront Sites and 1575 sq. ft. Supersites are most popular among RVers and have earned us a spot on the Top 15 Best Luxury RV Resorts, by Campanda Magazine, 2020. We also offer wide variety of site types and sizes - all include hookups.
