Will someone help me plan the event?
Absolutely. Our Events Team provides full planning support including venue selection, setup design, timelines, audiovisual needs, and day-of assistance.
Are outside vendors allowed?
Yes, outside vendors such as florists, musicians, and photographers may be used. We offer vendor guidelines and can also provide preferred vendor recommendations.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. Our event spaces are designed to be accessible for guests with mobility needs. Our staff is available to assist as needed.
Do guests have places to stay on-site?
Yes—Newport Dunes offers cozy waterfront cottages and RV/tent sites for overnight stays, making it convenient for traveling family and friends. The Newport Beach Hyatt Regency is next door for hotel rooms. It is walking distance to Newport Dunes.
How early should we book?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind. We also accommodate short-notice events whenever possible.
What’s included in the event rental fee?
Your rental includes the selected space, standard setup, basic lighting and sound, and dedicated event staff. Additional services such as premium AV equipment or extended hours can be added.
Are there noise or timing restrictions?
Some guidelines apply due to our waterfront location and local regulations. Our team will review all relevant policies during the planning process.
