Scenic Newport Dunes Corporate Event

We just held out professional organization's conference dinner at Newport Dunes. The staff, food, and set up were fantastic. All the staff are incredibly helpful. The food was delicious and plentiful. They set up everything well in advance, including volleyball and bocce ball. If you want your event to have a fun, chill vibe, this is a great place to do it.

Do you provide catering and bar service?

Yes. Catering is handled by our in-house culinary team, with customizable menus ranging from light bites and buffets to formal plated dinners. We also offer full bar and beverage service, including hosted, cash, and hybrid bar options.

Can we bring our own vendors?

You are welcome to work with outside vendors such as décor companies, entertainment, photographers, and planners, provided they meet our guidelines and insurance requirements. Our team can also share a list of trusted preferred vendors.

What audiovisual and technology options are available?

We offer a variety of AV solutions, including microphones, speakers, screens, projectors, and high-speed WiFi. Our team will work with you to ensure your presentations and programming run smoothly.

Do you offer team-building or recreational activities?

Yes. We can incorporate activities like kayaking, paddleboarding, pedal boats, beach volleyball, lawn games, and waterfront bonfires into your event. Tell us your goals and we’ll suggest options that fit your schedule and group.

Is on-site lodging available for attendees?

Yes. Newport Dunes offers charming waterfront cottages as well as RV and camping accommodations. This makes our resort an ideal choice for retreats, multi-day events, and guests traveling from out of town.

How far in advance should we book?

For peak seasons and popular dates, we recommend booking as early as possible. However, if you’re working with a shorter timeline, please reach out—our team will do everything we can to accommodate your event.

Are there noise or timing restrictions?

As a waterfront resort, we follow local regulations and property guidelines regarding amplified sound, outdoor events, and event end times. Your Events Manager will review all applicable policies with you during planning.

Is parking available for guests?

Yes, we offer on-site parking for event guests. For larger events or if you anticipate heavy traffic, we can discuss valet or shuttle options to make arrival and departure convenient.

What is included in the event rental or setup fee?

Your event rental typically includes the selected space, standard tables and chairs, basic setup, and dedicated event staff. Additional elements such as upgraded linens, specialty décor, premium AV, and custom activities can be added to your proposal based on your needs.
