By day, Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort & Marina transforms into a waterfront playground filled with outdoor adventure and laid-back coastal fun. Guests can spend the day swimming in the calm bay waters, lounging on the sandy beach, or exploring the harbor with kayak, pedal boat, and stand-up paddleboard rentals.
Families can cool off and climb, bounce, and slide across the inflatable aquatic water park while kids build sandcastles along the shoreline. Bike rides along the scenic Back Bay, beach games in the sand, and relaxing under the California sun create the perfect mix of activity and relaxation, all set against the backdrop of sparkling waterfront views and warm ocean breezes.

Tunes at the Dunes is Friday, Saturday and Sunday only, offering:

- Food Trucks – 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- Full Bar (Beer, Wine & Cocktails) – 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Parking Information – Holiday weekend parking rate of $35 flat applies on the following dates: Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24.
Any dates not listed above, standard parking rates will apply ( Standard Parking Rates: 0-30 min, FREE; 30 min – 2 hours, $15; 2 – 4 hours, $20; 4 – 8 hours, $25; 8 – 24 hours, $30).
