Do you have a group of campers who like to travel together? Newport Dunes loves hosting groups here in the heart of Newport Beach, CA. At our waterfront resort, we understand the joy of camping with friends and family. That’s why we offer RV group rates that allow you to create memories outdoors without breaking the bank.
September through May, Newport Dunes welcomes groups of 10 campsites or more at a reduced rate for our Premium Preferred RV Sites. Group Rates are not available for beachfront sites or cottages. Gather your group and start planning today!
- Special Discounted Rates
- Use of our Clubhouse for group gatherings (based on availability)
- Group members can book an extra day (the day before or the day after their group dates and still get the group rate
- Check in is easy and done by the wagonmaster (group leader)
Group Rates
Group rates are offered for our Premium Preferred RV Sites (25ft. by 40ft) only. Group rates are not available for cottages.
Church groups, scouts, family reunions, and special interest groups are all welcome.

How to Book
To book a group, have your wagonmaster call our reservations department and ask for Group Reservations at (949) 729-3863. The wagonmaster is the person who organizes the group and will be responsible for:
- Providing a group of 10 or more reservations to Newport Dunes
- Booking the Clubhouse and any other activities to be organized while the group is here
- Assigning sites when the group arrives
- Collecting payment from the group
Our Group Rate season is September – May. We are also accepting reservations for groups who would like to plan two years ahead.

A group is 10 campsites or more booked the same dates. If some members of your group want to come early or leave later, they are welcome to extend their reservation.
Group rates are significantly less than our normal daily rates. Please have your wagonmaster call our reservations team for pricing. Based on availability.
If you are interested in a more comprehensive event such as a family reunion or wedding, we would be happy to connect you with our events team. We have a variety of event venues here at the resort.
Newport Dunes accepts group reservations the Tuesday after Labor Day through the Thursday before Memorial Day. Please reach out to our Reservations Team to inquire on availability.
