The undersigned hereby grants Newport Dunes, LLC (“Newport Dunes”), owner of Newport Dunes on the Bay located in Newport Beach, California, permission to take, use and edit any likeness of me contained in photos, videos, or other digital media (“Photos”) taken at Newport Dunes, provided to Newport Dunes by me, or posted by me on the Newport Dunes website or related social media websites, for use in any and all of its publications and promotional pamphlets and materials, including web-based publications and advertising, without payment or other consideration.

I understand and agree that all Photos will become the property of Newport Dunes and will not be returned or provided to me.

I hereby irrevocably authorize Newport Dunes to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these Photos and or Videos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product in which my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the Photos.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Newport Dunes from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
