Important Information
- Check-in time is from 2 pm – 10 pm daily.
- Check-out time is 12 noon daily.
- Winter Rates are applicable the Tuesday after Labor Day to Memorial Day Friday.
- Summer Rates are applicable the Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- Trash receptacles are located at the back of the park off Bluff Dr.
- All reservations require full payment with a credit card in advance at the time reservation is made.
- An additional flat fee of $50 per reservation can be added to guarantee your requested site number.
- Pet fees are $2 per day or $10 per week. View our pet policy.
- One vehicle pass included. Additional car passes can be purchased for $25/car per night.
- Prices are determined by availability. Busy times and holidays will yield higher prices.
- Newport Dunes reserves the right to change rates without prior notice.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Beginning January 1, 2023, reservations are subject to the following cancellation fees: cancellations outside of 72 hours from the reservation arrival date will receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation arrival date, will be charged the first night of the reservation. The Site Guarantee fees and online booking fees are non-refundable.
