We have beach cabanas available for rent spring through fall. Bring the family, beach towels, floats, and enjoy! Moe B's Munchies offers sandwiches, pizza, snacks and a full bar next door.
Watersports FAQ for Newport Dunes
A: Guests can choose from a buoyant buffet of fun: single and tandem kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, pedal boats, and electric 21-foot Duffy boats. Seasonal additions like giant inflatable aquatic park may join the party depending on the time of year.
No prior experience required. Our calm, protected lagoon is the perfect “training wheels” of the sea, gently introducing beginners to paddling without ocean waves. Our team provides basic instructions before you launch. It’s really fun to get out on the water.

Yes. Most equipment requires renters to be 18+ with a valid ID, though younger adventurers may participate with a parent or guardian present. Life jackets are provided for all and are required for all watersports rentals.
A: Walk-ups are welcome, like breezes through the marina, but reservations are encouraged during weekends, holidays, and summer when demand rises with the tide.

A: Standard rentals run in hourly increments, though multi-hour rentals may be available for guests who want to explore the lagoon at a more leisurely drift.
A: Check in at the Watersports Rentals kiosk along the promenade across from the dock. Staff will outfit you with gear, safety equipment, and a quick orientation before you set out.
If you are a day visitor, parking is available in the main parking lot. Once you enter the resort through the front gate, be sure to take your first right into the main parking lot. If you pass the main offices and registration, you need to loop around as no parking is available within the RV resort area. Once parked make your way to the promenade that circles the bay and go left – walk along the pathway past the RV resort. The watersports office is located across from the pier.
Light clothing that can get wet, sunscreen, a towel, and a splash of adventurous spirit. Water shoes are optional but helpful. Phones and valuables should be secured; dry bags may be available for rent or purchase.
