Independence Day on the Back Bay – Tunes at the Dunes ft. The Class (Oldies, Classic Rock and Top 40s)

Join our annual Independence Day on the Back Bay celebration. Come enjoy live entertainment on the Back Bay. The Class brings their high energy and style, playing everything from oldies, to classic rock, to Top 40s.

The beach is the perfect backdrop for a great time full of music and holiday fun. Bring your floats or beach chairs. Admission to the event is free and paid parking will be available. See below for more parking details.

This is a family-friendly event. Enjoy:

• Food Trucks & Full Bar (Beer, Wine & Cocktails) – Time TBD
• Live Entertainment – 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Come early and enjoy:

• Inflatable Water Park – 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (will close early to prepare for firework show)
• Water Sports Rentals (Pedal Boats, Duffy Boats, SUPs, Kayaks) – 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Moe B’s Munchies bar & grill – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Public Beach with restrooms and outdoor shower

Stay for the fireworks show, sponsored by the City of Newport Beach, at 9 pm!

Reserved parking is $100 for Independence Day. You can purchase in advance. We will update this event listing with a link to purchase when it is available. Day-of parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for $50. We have plenty of bicycle parking.
