Things to Consider When You come Ice Skating
Weather
The ice rink will be open on a weather-permitting basis. If it is pouring rain, it will be closed.
What to Wear
Orange County coastal weather can vary widely. We suggest skaters dress in layers, so if they get cold or warm, they can adjust accordingly. You may want to wear gloves if your hands easily get cold. Socks are required for all skate rentals. We will have socks available for purchase.
Minimum Age
Children must be three years of age or older to skate. We do offer skate aids for younger children. They can hold on to a skate aid and push it along the ice to keep upright. It can be a big help when learning to skate.
Conveniences
Public restrooms are available near the ice rink. We suggest skaters use the facilities before skating as once you have your skates on, you cannot leave the matted area without taking off your ice skates.
Our rink side Igloo bar will be open for hot and cold drinks and snacks. Please check hours as this will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
